LIFE
To change individually, systemically and on purpose
There is an inate desire for a world built on equality, belonging and connection to each other and the planet |
My name is Celine Waters, I am a Professional Coach, Strategic Designer and in-training Mind/Body Psychotherapist. I work at the intersection of the mind/body connection, relationality and human-centred design.
I help individuals and the collective cultivate mind-body connection and interconnectedness, which are critical for enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. I bring my coaching skills to work in design projects by working with community and social impact. In leadership, teams and project work we often rely heavily on our cognitive minds. However, there are other modalities available to us, especially our relational sensing and capability. The key challenges of our times have an underlying thread across all of them: relationship and connection. I believe we need to be in the process of right relationship with self, each other and the planet to be in the complexity of our times. Practicing right relationship asks us to live inside of ourselves, reconnect with ourselves and include ourselves. We get to deepen our ability to sense, embody, feel, and navigate dynamic and changing environments, internally and externally. Systemic trauma is a result of power over systems and social norms that shape us, whether we like it or not. We cannot depend on a top-down approach to the equality we seek, we meet the collapse from the bottom up by working on ourselves so we can be with others in mutuality over fractured relationships. We need each other and our planet needs us to reconnect with something bigger than ourselves. |
We are entering a new paradigm—one where we realise complexity cannot be solved through thought alone. Our stories, survival strategies, emotions, and sensations reside within our Soma, a term rooted in Greek that signifies wholeness. This wholeness acknowledges that we are not just rational or thinking beings, but also emotional and social creatures. The individualistic worldview no longer serves us. We are energy and energetically interconnected, and to truly lead and thrive, we must embrace this collective, interconnected perspective.

To make space for something new, we have to get to know ourselves in new ways and open ourselves up to new life-affirming possibilities while letting go of adaptive strategies that no longer serve us in our current times.
The more you can connect to your own felt sense and desire to make a positive difference in the world, the more powerfully and effectively you can take action for yourself, your community, our planet and social justice. |
Business Transformation
We know when we have transformed, if the way we act is aligned with our values and vision, even under pressure. We put a lot of pressure to get it right using our cognitive thinking only when we have other resources available to us. Coaching at all levels of change - individual, collective and systemic deepens our capacity to be with complexity and contradiction enabling us to be in and with change. It takes into consideration how we are shaped by our social conditions and what we can do to influence and change systemically. Business Transformations often overlook the critical aspect of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in sensing and managing the emotional undercurrents that can make or break a transformation. We can be in generative conflict and build trust over separation. We can harness our inherent resilience as a collective, over individuality. We can stay centred in change. By fostering a workplace culture that values emotional awareness, openness and wellness, companies are better equipped to manage the human side of change, ultimately leading to more successful transformations. This work brings you in touch with your own innate abilities to transition and transform, it will change you. I coach individuals and teams using a combination of coaching frameworks based on their needs and desires. |
Relational Awareness
I facilitate 'The Right Relationship Project' series of workshops. This work centres around expanding our awareness outside of the cognitive mind to include our feeling and relational selves. It creates more space to hold complexity. The work cares about holistic health, conditioned tendencies, patterns, habits, resilience and self-care. It takes into consideration our relational experiences and connection to something outside of ourselves. We see the world via our collective life experiences and are shaped by social context - norms, industries and government, all outside of our family of origin. Being stressed for long periods is considered a normal part of life, despite the long-term consequences to our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being. There is space for both healing and growth in our life experiences. The Right Relationship project looks to cultivating aspects of the relationship with self, the need to belong and the need to connect with Land & Spirit. |
Designing for a New Future
I collaborate with organisations to design and shape new futures, combining innovation with meaningful impact. With a deep, practical understanding of the nervous system and trauma, including systemic trauma--I create containers that inspire belonging, goodwill and equal distribution of hierarchy. Systems change will be the defining feature of our century. Change will manifest as a complete collapse if we stay on our current course. Belonging, safety, and self-worth are core inherent needs of all life and are not always reflected in our current experiences, products, and services. There is an opportunity to start thinking and co-designing with life at the centre, beyond the individual consumer. |
